1. Hygiene Sealed Jewellery
For hygiene and safety reasons, returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal is intact.
Once the seal on the packaging has been broken, opened, or tampered with, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable, even if it has not been worn.
This applies to all hygiene-sensitive products, including earrings, piercings, body jewellery, and hair accessories.
This policy follows Regulation 28(3)(a) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes unsealed hygiene items from the standard 14-day cancellation period.
2. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Items you no longer want
- Orders placed by mistake
- Colour, style, or design preferences
Please check product details carefully before ordering.
If you wish to inspect the item, please do so without breaking the hygiene seal.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by filling this form with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A short description of the problem
Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for return.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the hygiene seal must not be broken.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for all returns, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or sent in error.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We do not refund return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
6. Custom, Sale, and Clearance Items
All customised, sale, and clearance items are final sale and non-returnable, unless faulty.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
We are not liable for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
8. Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You are legally entitled to a replacement or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or do not meet quality standards.
